If this world were ideal, no dog would be on the street or in a shelter, but all would be in a warm home with loving families. Unfortunately, the real situation is far from the ideal, and everyday stories from the dog world show us that. 

One of them is certainly the story of the sad fate of a Bulldog named Teddy Crumpleton. For a long time, there was nothing to indicate that since this dog lived happily with his mom and dad in a loving home. 

However, everything changed when his mom passed away. Then, Teddy’s dad showed his true colors, deciding to get rid of him for good. 

The Vet’s Life-Saving Decision

Teddy was only three years old when his mom went to a better place. It was one of the most difficult moments in his life because he loved her so much. 

For this very reason, it was to be expected that her husband, Teddy’s dad, would be the greatest comfort to this dog. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened – he no longer wanted Teddy. 

To make matters worse, he didn’t even decide to surrender him to the shelter, but to euthanize him. 

Poor Teddy was on the threshold of his last breath, but a man with a kind soul stood in his way that day. The big-hearted vet said “NO” – he refused to euthanize Teddy.

Of course, this man succeeded in his intention to save his life, and soon after that, he sent Teddy to Roadog Rescue, a rescue organization located in Southern California. 

Given that Teddy was obese, he could not breathe, and this health problem required palate surgery, which was ultimately successful. 

With the help of good people who took care of him, Teddy slowly but surely lost weight and felt better every day, both physically and emotionally. 

People from this rescue organization located in Southern California were over the moon because of this dog’s progress, so they even decided to post a video about him via their account, @roadogrescue.

“Praying He Finds A Loving Home”

This video that pictures Teddy’s turbulent life story attracted a lot of attention. There were many reactions, especially from people who expressed their love for this good boy, as well as their hope that he would meet his happy ending soon.

The people from the rescue organization described Teddy as a dog with the “ability to make everyone smile” on their website page. 

With many more praises for this dog, they also expressed hope that he will meet his happy ending as soon as possible. 

After everything he’s been through, this good boy deserves nothing less.
