The human-canine bond is one of the oldest ones around. We value our friendship with our furry companions highly.

However, as time passes, things change, and not in a good way. As the stray problem increases, many dogs become very distrustful of us, and for good reason.

A lot of humans abuse or neglect the dogs they see on the street, and it sets a horrible example. This pup, in particular, has likely suffered a lot at the hands of other people.

Her distrust has grown to the point that she just runs at the sight of anyone. However, what she doesn’t know is that all of that is going to change soon.

A Lucky Break

When Aron Huges first spotted a sweet dog who looked a lot like a Hyena in a small town, he was a bit confused but knew immediately that he wanted to help her.

The moment he tried to approach her, she immediately started running away. It was clear to Aron that this was going to be a difficult rescue as she was too terrified of people.

He would try to catch her by giving her food or talking to her, but none of it would work. Aron ended up leaving her food before he took his distance so she would have something to eat.

With strong determination, he continued trying to help her for at least three weeks. That kind of perseverance is truly admirable.

Eventually, she would allow him to get close enough to pet her. Because she knew he was giving her food this whole time, she let her guard down and just allowed him to help her.

He was so happy that she had finally relaxed. Her tail was wagging the whole time, and she understood that these were good people.

Aron took her to a veterinarian clinic for a full examination, as there was no telling what she could have endured during her life on the streets.

Henna Has Changed Completely

The vets did a checkup and immediately started treating her skin problems. She was finally starting to recover.

In their care, it was pretty much guaranteed that she would make it. They kept her well-fed, as she was a bit malnourished and needed to gain weight.

After a few days, her fur started growing back, and she was starting to look better. Aron visits her often and plays with her.

When she was finally discharged from the clinic, he took her to a dog hotel where she would stay until he found her a suitable home.

He spent so much time with her, and it’s safe to say that she now trusts Aron completely. Some time would go by, and the dog’s fur would grow back completely.

She also received wonderful news. Aron has managed to find her a forever home. The sweet pup, now named Hena, is finally getting a chance to show she is full of love with someone special.

One year just flew by and Aron thought of checking up on this amazing dog. When he came to visit her, he brought her some gifts, and she immediately recognized him.

It was such a sweet moment when she realized that this was the person who gave her a new chance, and she was so grateful to him. It’s really amazing to see how well she is doing.
