There truly is nothing more heartbreaking than a dog who is forced to face the world all alone.

That is why when a woman by the name of Audray heard that somebody cruelly duped an adorable pup in the middle of a busy freeway, she immediately made her way down to the location and started looking for her.

A hooman who lived in the neighborhood did indeed see the doggo roaming around all alone, trying to find herself some food to fill her hungry belly. After showing Audray some photos of her, they agreed to help her rescue this sweet girl.

Rescue Mission

Audray and her new team of volunteers set up a humane trap in the area where the pup was seen the most, hoping that they would catch her as soon as possible.

However, things didn’t really go according to plan.

Days went by, and the cage still remained empty, without a single trace of the pup. The hoomans started to get worried but refused to give up so quickly.

Three whole weeks passed by, and the pup was nowhere to be seen. That was until one day when they noticed somebody actually did set off the trap.

As they got closer, they noticed that it was the pup they were looking for all along!

Overjoyed with the fact that she was finally safe, Audray named the pup Daisy and vowed to her that she would find her the best home ever.

New Life

At first, Daisy spent some time living with Audray, where she found out what it really felt like to be loved. Finally being able to relax and decompress allowed Daisy to understand that not every hooman wanted to harm her.

It didn’t take too long for Daisy to be noticed by a loving foster family who were so moved by her story that they decided to do everything they could to ensure that she had the best life ever.

And Daisy loved it!

As soon as she entered her new home, she felt like she was supposed to be there her entire life.

And, apart from having an incredible hooman family, she also met some of the best furry friends ever!

The pups not only made sure that Daisy felt unconditional love, but they also taught her how to have never-ending fun!

I am sure that when the time is right, Daisy will find the most perfect forever home who through love and adoration, will help her forget all about her traumatic past and allow her to embrace her bright, happy future!

Stop Animal Cruelty

We need to stop being mean to our animals!

Not only do they make this world a better place, but they also dedicate their entire lives to their hoomans by doing everything they can to make them happy.

What happened to Daisy is absolutely unacceptable, and we can’t let it happen again.

So please, if you notice any form of animal abuse, don’t hesitate to contact the authorities and inform them of the situation.

It’s the least we could do.
